This policy explains what BitForge Empire (“the Game”, package
com.liemuxstudio.bitforgeempire) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
The Game is published by Liemux, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium
(enterprise number BE 0667.877.662), Van Geluwestraat 5, 8850 Ardooie, Belgium.

Short version: the Game stores your game progress so you can keep it across devices, and it shows ads. It does not sell your data, and you can play as a guest without giving an email address.
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account identifier (a random user ID) | Always, including guest play | To attach your saved game to an account |
| Email address | Only if you sign up by email or with Google | To let you sign back in and recover your progress |
| Game progress (currency, businesses, upgrades, prestige, achievements, streak, settings, purchase entitlements) | Continuously, saved automatically | Cloud save and restoring your game on another device |
| Display name and score | Only if you appear on a leaderboard | To show global rankings — this part is public to other players |
| Advertising ID, device and app information, coarse location inferred from IP | When ads are shown | Collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads |
| Purchase records | When you buy something | To deliver what you bought and honour “Remove Ads” |
| Anonymous usage statistics — which features you use, how long a session lasts, how far you get, plus your device model, operating system version, language and country, and a random app-instance identifier | Only after you agree to it, and never before | To understand where players get stuck and to fix problems |
| A request for the Game’s current balance settings | On launch | To let us adjust game balance without shipping an update |
About the usage statistics. They are handled by Google Analytics for Firebase and are deliberately kept apart from who you are: they are tied to a random identifier generated on your device, not to your account, your email address or your company. We do not send your user ID to Google, and analytics does not use your advertising ID — we switch that off explicitly. So we can see that a player stopped at a particular point; we cannot see that you did.
We never collect: your name, address, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera input. The Game contains no social features beyond the leaderboard.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Your card and billing details go to Google, never to us. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so we can grant the item.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
Ads in the Game are rewarded video only — they play only when you choose to watch one. There are no forced interstitials or banners. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising ID. You can reset or delete that ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which also lets you opt out of ad personalisation. Buying “Remove Ads Forever” removes ads from the Game entirely.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process data on these bases:
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or export it in a portable format. Email info@liemux.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your save and leaderboard entry permanently and cannot be undone.
You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Belgium this is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.
Account and save data are kept while your account exists, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Accounts with no sign-in for 24 months may be removed. Purchase records are kept for 7 years because Belgian tax law requires it.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email info@liemux.com and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on infrastructure protected by row-level access rules, so one account cannot read another’s save. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, note it in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
